Heaven…creamy heaven is what this breakfast tasted like. I’m not a huge fan of smothered biscuits…I tend to plate mine with the gravy on the side because I don’t enjoy soggy biscuits….but this sausage gravy, I could drown my biscuits in it! So good!
My 96 year old mother-in-law lives with us and so I make breakfast for her most mornings unless my husband beats me to it. She is easy to please thankfully, but I like to keep it exciting so I’m always trying different things. This particular morning, I was limited to breakfast sausage and the ingredients to make biscuits…so I went with it!
I used my favorite biscuit recipe and breakfast was made! She loved it!
