I’m so into Charcuterie Boards.
Really, I am.
I make them for most holidays…any and all parties and even for simple family get togethers.
They are so versatile and fun to put together.
I love trying different ideas each time that I make one.
I love their rustic appeal.
LASTLY, I think that they are sooooooo pretty!
Pronounced (shahr-cute-uh-ree)….Charcuterie is a French word for any smoked, cured meats or dried meats and presented alongside any adornments available.
Things to use:
- brie cheese
- any type of cracker
- any type of crusty bread
- fig preserves
- honey
- jellies
- any type of cheese….all are great
- fruits and berries
- roasted red peppers
- pepperocinis
- olives of any kind
- tomatoes
- proscuitto
- salami
- pancetta
- grapes
- nuts
- tomatoes
- goat cheese
Seriously….it ALL goes!!! They are always loved at my parties and get together’s and rarely is there anything left on the board.
Be creative not only with the ingredients, but also with the way you present them and serve them. So fun and appetizing.
