Recipe Notes
Every microwave varies in heat and cooking times, so you will have to watch it closely and may have to test sample a couple of times before you know for sure the timing for your cakes. I microwave mine for 60 to 65 seconds each time and they come out perfeclty!
Garnish with ice cream or freshly whipped cream and dig in! SO delightful!!!! LOVE it!
One day I’ll share with you the recipe given to me by a Cruise Chef for his version of Chocolate Molten Lava Cake! I was lucky enough to be invited into the kitchen during a Chef’s Table meal and the chef personally taught me how to make it and gave me an autographed recipe for it when I left. So cool! I love that memory! In the meantime, enjoy this fast little jewel of a recipe! Yum
How wonderful that you got a one on one lesson!!!
